It is not a small word. We all think in different ways regarding this some people thinks only do your work. some people thinks how much we get for the work that much we do our job. Some people thinks we spend our given time and come back. Some people thinks go and enjoys and maintain our social circle and come home .Some people only do makhanbazi to please the important persons who helps to save them if any problems comes. Some people are making their groups and always gossiping and become group leader and use other people for his/ her benefits and make herself powerful so also they hide each other's faults. . All this nonsense because they don't want to do much work and they don't want any big responsibility to perform. BUT .. if you have passion towards your work then you always do your work honestly, perfectly, with punctuality and on time. If any problems comes in your way you fight with them. It is said "Nadi ki tarha bahte jao raste apke hain or apke liye mudege bhi aur Manzil tak leke jayange".
